2. GENERAL TERMS

The general terms of business for the online store drkozarevcosmedics.com define the conditions for purchasing and selling products conducted by the company Dermamedica DOO (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). The general business terms of the online store are detailed through categories available on the website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the international electronic business code.

These general conditions define the activity of the online store, the rights of users, as well as the business relationship between the Seller and the consumer. The online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to end consumers, and it is managed by it Dermamedica DOO .

A user is a person who uses this system, i.e., a consumer in the online store. The drkozarevcosmedics.com online store allows users to access its services and content in accordance with these Terms of Use.

By using any part of the site, the user is considered to have read and accepted these conditions, as well as to use the content of the site exclusively for personal use and at his own risk. 3. ORDERING PROCESS

4. DELIVERY METHOD

The seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the buyer in the following way: By sending the goods via courier service. Delivery costs are calculated in accordance with the price list of the courier service. The customer will be informed by phone about the delivery time by the courier service. On the day of delivery, the customer receives a message with information about the delivery date. The delivery period starts on the first working day after the order is placed. For products available in the online store, the delivery time is 2-3 working days from the day the order is received. Please note that during promotional periods or seasonal sales there may be delivery delays due to the workload of external service providers. Delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays. In case the ordered products are not available, you will be notified via e-mail about the current status of your order.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: Payment cards - VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina or American Express, which support payment via the Internet. Card payments are made in cooperation with Banca Intesa and are carried out in a secure manner.

6. DATA PROTECTION DURING PAYMENT

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

7. REFUND

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Dermamedica DOO is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the card user at the seller's request

8. CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

9. COMPLAINTS POLICY

Consumers can submit complaints, objections and remarks (for products purchased online) in the following ways:

The seller will confirm receipt of the complaint within one working day. Within 8 days of receiving the complaint, the seller will inform the consumer of the decision (whether the consumer's complaint regarding product conformity is accepted or rejected) by means of a written or electronic notification. The seller will also inform the consumer about the possible solution in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (refund, corresponding price reduction, replacement or repair of the product).

The complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The deadline for returning goods is 15 days from the date of purchase. The seller will do everything in his power to resolve the dispute and eliminate possible defects of the product.

On behalf of Dermamedica doo, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work.
