Harpagophytum procumbens, better known as devil’s claw, is one of the plants with the strongest anti-inflammatory properties. This effect is due to harpagosides—active compounds with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects—which make it particularly useful for tendon inflammation, muscle injuries, and pain relief.
